Terms and Conditions.

All items agreed to be sold will remain the property of B-Race Tuning until all payment, including postage and packaging costs, are received in full.

B-Race Tuning reserves the right to alter design to any product, or delete a design from its catalogue without prior notice.

B-Race Tuning reserves the right to refuse custom to any potential or existing customer.

B-Race Tuning will dispatch all goods through an insured, traceable, signed for courier system.

Customers are advised that they are signing for receipt of goods received in good condition. B-Race Tuning must be notified immediately of any damage in transit or any shortages. If any packaging is damaged on receipt, please ensure you inspect the goods and advise in writing both the courier at time of delivery, and B-Race Tuning within 7 days.

Any goods received with a defect must be returned to B-Race Tuning within 7 (seven) days. Any goods returned, MUST be returned in the condition they left B-race Tuning.  No refunds or replacement will be entertained for any defect after seven days of receipt of goods, or if the goods have been fitted, or damaged by the customer. Any returned goods supplied correctly must be notified prior to dispatch to B-Race Tuning and any refund will be subject to a restocking charge not exceeding 30% of purchase price. We advise that returns are both insured and traceable.

No liability is accepted by B-Race Tuning where purchasers, or their agent, modify or install any B-Race Tuning supplied component or product where it is known, or ought reasonably to be known that the component or product supplied is incorrectly supplied, defective or otherwise not in accordance with the order.

Due to the nature of B-Race Tuning’s products, B-Race Tuning does not accept responsibility of compatibility of goods where modifications have been made to vehicles. Any representation of compatibility is based on products tested at B-Race Tuning and/or by third parties and is given as a guide only.

No acceptance of liability is accepted for any subsequent component damage through usage of B-Race Tuning’s products. Any B-Race product supplied is supplied with the understanding that it will be fitted/ assembled and set up by a professional establishment qualified to do so, to the manufacturer’s specifications. All B-Race Tuning products are supplied for static display purposes only.

Goods purchased are subject to VAT at the UK rate, currently 15%, within the European Community.
