EXHAUSTS

Using our in –house Dyno, our exhausts are rigorously tested, developed and improved to give you optimal performance from your B- RACE expansion system.

Through this design and development we are able to offer you a little something special, this exclusivity comes in the form of an individually designed and hand built one off expansion chamber, for your scoot to suit your requirements.

After the phenomenal success from the TS1 Stealth exhaust, development is well under way on the RB exhaust. Initially for the RB22 then testing and proving for the RB20 and the RB250. The design criteria is again for optimum Torque, and producing peak power at more sensible RPM. As with all our designs, amazing ground clearance is paramount in the design process. Keep a close eye on our website and Scootering magazine for news and updates.

Available soon;  B-Race Tuning Exclusives.

Available from September, a range of T-Shirts for owners and new customers alike.

Sensibly priced, thought-out engine stand system, over engineered and made by B-Race Tuning.  If you’re a tuner, a dealer or an enthusiast who likes to do your own rebuilds whether Vespa or Lambretta , keep an eye out for these- they could be the system for your workshop or garage. They will be available as a floor/ wall mount and/or bench mount.

We have a different take on the popular sprint rack, these are currently being made and, again, will be coming on-line soon.

Already prototyped and tested, a security mount for road scooters that houses the superb, accurate  C31 pitsch rev counter. The design can incorporate an EGT system.

For the Vespa PX enthusiast and dealers that may require this service (including Piaggio?), we have jigged and tooled for resetting the position of gear selector boxes. We have found that brand new Genuine Piaggio selector boxes (supplied to us as genuine Piaggio parts by a main dealer, in their bags and cast in branding and I have little doubt they are genuine), and pattern selector boxes are manufactured woefully out of position on the arm. These selector boxes position the selector shaft, and therefore the cruciform in the wrong position. We took delivery of five genuine selector boxes to confirm our findings, all were different and positioned the swivel position within a range of over 6mm difference in lateral movement. This variation can cause the cruciform to be “in gear” in the neutral position, or create very heavy gear selection. In the initial investigations into this problem, a cruciform could be wrecked within 10 minutes of running through the gears.

We check the selectors, press them apart, re-jig and press together, tig weld them, and refit the selector arm and taper pin. Reset yours, or outright purchase of new available very soon.

Exhaust mount rubbers and stainless exhaust springs available at all times.
